sickening back

sheesh.
my back hurts big time.
ohmygosh.
help me!!
it really really really hurts now.
so much more than it has ever hurt.
why does it hurt so bad?
oh gosh.
its really terrible.
i need to stop now.
i shall cry the pain away.
i played well today.
yay!
i wanna play even better tomorrow.
but my back.damn.
i feel the tears coming.

is it more than just the pain in my back?
